JVS Labs is a hybrid AI product studio and consulting firm. We build our own products and deliver custom solutions — informed by 35+ years of combined enterprise infrastructure experience.
Our Story
JVS Labs was born from a simple observation: most AI consultancies do not understand the infrastructure where AI needs to operate. They build impressive demos that fall apart in production because they have never managed a firewall, configured a VPN, or troubleshot a Hyper-V cluster at 2 AM.
We come from the other direction. Our founders spent decades building, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure — firewalls, networks, cloud environments, virtualization, remote desktop services. When we saw AI's potential to transform these environments, we didn't hire infrastructure people. We already were them.
Today, JVS Labs operates as a hybrid model: we build our own proprietary AI tools and products while delivering custom consulting engagements. This means our consulting is informed by real product engineering — not just theory — and our products are shaped by real-world client challenges.
